Fia helped guide the Cobras to a 29-1 record, and the top seed in the Region 24 Tournament; as well as a #2 NJCAA ranking.  Willis leads the NJCAA in total kills (426) and kills per set (4.90).  Fia also ranks 9th in the NJCAA in hitting percentage (.386).
