Third baseman Alex Steinbach anchored the middle of a Cobras lineup in a month that saw the squad win 20 games. Batting .318 in the month of March, Steinbach raised his average by 35 points in April (.353) and did so with more power with 13 of his 30 hits going for extra bases. Aided by the five doubles, five triples and three home runs, Steinbach drove in 24 runs on the month. On the season, Steinbach leads the team in slugging (.634), triples (6), tied for first in home runs (6), and also ranks second in RBI (34) and walks.
