Parkland College Athletics named men's basketball player Bruno Williams Jr. as its November Male Athlete of the Month. He helped spark the Cobras basketball team to a 7-2 start for the season.
 
A sophomore forward from Milwaukee, Wis., Williams Jr. averaged 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists in the 9 games during the month of November. Shooting an average of 46% from the field, his high points game was 23 in the season-opener vs. National Park College. He had 10 or more rebounds in 5 games, and recorded 4 double-doubles.
 
"Bruno has continued were he left off last season," stated head coach Anthony Figueroa. "His hard work over the summer is paying off, and we expect him to be even better as we head into the conference season."
