The Parkland Men's Soccer team picked up their 5th straight win Saturday as they defeated Illinois Central 2-1 in a key M-WAC road game in East Peoria. The win moves the Cobras to (6-2 3-0) on the season while the Cougars drop to (3-5 1-2).

PC would get goals from Tanner Kidwell off an assist from Jesus Reina and Reina would score a goal of his own off a feed from Urbana's Mohamed Belakhoua. ICC's lone goal came from David Galic off a penalty kick, four minutes into the 2nd half.

Parkland will be off until Saturday September 23rd, when they host Heartland starting at 2:00.
