Cobras Women’s Soccer Unable to Match No. 19 Heartland

NORMAL, Ill. – Parkland College Women's Soccer (0-2, 0-2 MWAC) battled a driving downpour, and a talented No. 19 Heartland CC (3-0, 1-0) side, but was unable to score in an 0-8 conference loss.
 
The nationally ranked Hawks put in 6 goals in the first half and then added 2 more in the second.
 
Michelle Miller had 15 saves in goal for the Cobras.
 
Up next, the Cobras travel to Centralia, Ill., to play No. 15 Kaskaskia College on Wednesday, April 14, at 4:00 pm.
