Defensively, Parkland's back line of
Seungbong Song, Giuseppe Verracchia,
Enrique Horna,
Jack Winter, and
Gage Smith, along with goalkeeper,
Matteo Gigliozzi (3 saves), worked together to earn their first shutout of the season.
"It doesn't get much better than scoring goals, keeping a clean sheet (shutout) and playing the right way," added Sikora. "We are really looking forward to the next challenge."
Up next, the Cobras are in Champaign, Ill., to host the Lincoln College JV team for a 4:00 pm match on Thursday, April 8.
