Giuseppe Verrecchia headed goal in the 57
th minute. This is the Cobras second win over Heartland, defeating them 4-3 back on September 1
st.

The Cobras (8-2-1) did not have a lot of opportunities early in the game, recording only 1 shot on goal in the first half. The #11 Hawks (4-4-0) looked to be the more aggressive team early on, but as the game continued Parkland began to shut down all of their opportunities, allowing 0 shots on target in the second half. The game's lone goal came on a long cross from
Eikichi Saito in the 57
th and Verrecchia positioned himself perfectly on the far post to head home the game-winner.
