Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The No. 3 ranked Parkland College volleyball team continued its winning ways with two more straight-set wins on Saturday, October 1st, defeating Kankakee Community College and Lake Land College in the first Parkland Tri of the 2022 season. In between the two wins, two former Cobra volleyball players (Megan Casagrande and Lori VanBeek) and four former Parkland College volleyball teams (2013 Runners up, 2014 Runners Up, 2015 National Champions and 2016 National Champions) were inducted into the Parkland College Athletic Hall of Fame as members of the 2021 class. On the court, All-American Kat Blase led the team with 19 kills and 9 blocks as the Cobras extended their current winning streak to 33 matches.
 
Up next, the Cobras welcome Milikin University's JV squad and Frontier Community College to Champaign tomorrow, October 1st, for the second Parkland Tri of the 2022 season. Parkland's opening match against Milikin JV is set to start at 1:00 PM on Sunday.
