"It was another difficult challenge today against a tough Division I team," Parkland College head coach
Mark Sikora said after the loss. "This was a frustrating way to end the regular season, but we can take the lessons we learned and put together a run in the upcoming regional tournament."

The Cobras (7-8-2) trailed 1-0 after the Trailblazers (7-5) found the back of the net just three minutes into the game and the score remained the same throughout the first half. In the second half, freshman

Kyohei Kuroda in the 61st minute and the Japanese international student slotted home his ninth goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. Both teams struggled to pull ahead until Lewis & Clark scored the game-winner with just four minutes to go, handing Parkland the 2-1 loss on Saturday.
