Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 ROCKFORD, Ill. – The No. 1 ranked Parkland College volleyball team opened its fall 2022 campaign on Saturday, August 20th, in Rockford, Illinois at the Opening Weekend Tournament, going 3-1 in four matches. The Cobras defeated Roane State Community College, Rochester Community & Technical College and Bryant & Stratton College (WI) all in straight sets, but Parkland fell just short to No. 3 Johnson County Community College, losing in a hard-fought, five-set match.
 
Up next, Parkland remains in Rockford at the Opening Weekend Tournament and will play two matches on Sunday, August 21. The Cobras will face No. 6 Terra State Community College at 9:00 AM before wrapping up the tournament against the State College of Florida at 11:00 AM.
