Box Score KANKAKEE, Ill. – The No. 15 Parkland College men's soccer team took an early lead on the road and never looked back at Kankakee Community College on Wednesday, August 31st, as the Cobras defeated the Cavaliers 8-0 in Kankakee. Parkland took the lead in the 2nd minute on a KCC own goal and the Cobras kept the pressure on, leading 5-0 at halftime thanks to two goals each from sophomore
Yamato Kline and freshman
Kyohei Kuroda. Three more Cobra goals in the second half put the game out of the question and Parkland picked up a big 8-0 win on Wednesday afternoon.

           "Overall, an outstanding effort," Parkland College head coach
Mark Sikora said after the win. "While the goals are always desired, I was most happy that we had our first clean sheet of the season and that all but one of our goals came with an assist. Certainly, this was the most complete game we have had this season."
