Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The No. 3 ranked Parkland College volleyball team defeated both Des Moines Area Community College and Owens Community College in straight sets on the opening day of the Parkland Fall Challenge on Friday, September 16th. The two wins extend the Cobras (22-2) current winning streak to 11 matches and improves the team's home record to 7-0 on the season. Freshmen outside hitter Bri Struck led the Cobras in kills with 23 while sophomore middle blocker Kat Blase led the team with 34 points over the two matches.
 
Up next, the Cobras wrap up the Parkland Fall Challenge tomorrow, September 17th with matches against 6th-ranked Iowa Central Community College and Vincennes University. Parkland is set to play ICC at 3:00 PM at the Donald Dodds Athletic Complex with the Vincennes match to follow.
