"Playing short handed has caught up to us," head coach Mark Sikora explained after the loss. "It was the fifth away game in the last six and it is really wearing us down. We were competitive in the first half but when we couldn't take our scoring chances, the game shifted drastically, and we couldn't recover. Hopefully we will have the six team members back sooner than later to give us relief."
