"This was an exercise in patience and attentiveness," Parkland head coach
Mark Sikora said after the shutout win. "Earning a shutout was key, but so was committing to play in a positive way against a team that really sat in and looked for counterattacking opportunities."

Nathan Torres led from the back in the win, saying, "It may not have looked like our best effort on the scoreboard, but I was proud of how we managed the situation today."
