The Cobras improve to 5-0-1 with the win on the road

Box Score SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill. – The No. 12 ranked Parkland College men's soccer team rolled over South Suburban College on the road on Sunday, September 3rd, taking down the Bulldogs 7-3. The Cobras (5-0-1) outshot the Bulldogs 27-10, as five different players found the back of the net in the win. Freshman Hidenori Akasaka led the way with three goals, and sophomore Kyohei Kuroda converted a penalty kick to improve his career record to 4/4. "While we did give up too many scoring chances in the second half, the day was a success overall. It's never easy to score so many goals at this level."
