CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Parkland College women's soccer team lost to Lincoln Land Community College (13-2) in the last regular season match on Wednesday, October 23rd. The Cobras finish the regular season with a conference record of 0-6 and an overall record of 1-14-1.
 
Parkland took five shots and recorded three shots on goal, but the Cobras were unable to score in the match. Two goalkeepers contributed significantly, with Leire Rodriguez making 19 saves in 45 minutes of play and Grace Larson adding 11 saves in 45 minutes of play. Megan Janson had one corner kick in the 6-0 loss to the Loggers. 
 
Up next, the Cobras will begin postseason play against John Wood Community College on Tuesday, October 29th. The match against the Blazers (3-9) is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday in Quincy, Illinois.
