Box Score NELSONVILLE, Ohio. – No. 6 Parkland men's basketball picked up another win on Tuesday, November 12, defeating Hocking College (1-2) on the road 94-64. The Cobras improve to 4-0 on the season after the win.Â
"We talked before this game about being more consistent across the board," Parkland head coach John Bowler said after the game. "We didn't want to be too high or too low. We did a great job at it and it helped us shorten their runs."

Midway through the first half, the Cobras were tied 20-20 with the Hawks. The game remained close until the 3:30 mark, when the Cobras started to pull ahead. Back-to-back threes put the Cobras up by nine with three minutes left in the first half, and they extended the lead to 15 by halftime. The Hawks were only able to score three points in the last six minutes of the first half.
The Hawks cut the lead to nine points again in the second half, but Parkland's offense exploded in the last eight minutes to earn the 30-point win.
Jaiden Martin led the Cobras with 21 points.Â
"This was a great road win for us tonight against a tough opponent," Bowler added. "We play games like this on the road to test ourselves and the guys really stepped up. As long as we continue to play unselfishly and focus solely on the result, we can continue to perform at a high level."
