Box Score LAKE WORTH, Fl. – Parkland women's basketball faced No. 12 Palm Beach State College (6-3) on Tuesday, December 17, in the first game of the Palm Beach State Classic and fell 68-55 to the Panthers.
Stacie Vonderheide led the Cobras in scoring with 17 points in the loss.

The Cobras (6-6) trailed the Panthers by four after a shot at the buzzer at the end of the first quarter put them up 16-12. The score remained close in the second quarter, but the Panthers went into halftime with the 29-26 lead. Parkland pulled ahead early in the third quarter after a
Stacie Vonderheide bucket made the score 30-29, but the Cobras were unable to stay ahead for long. The Panthers regained the lead with eight minutes left in the third quarter, and the Cobras were unable to get in front again.Â
