Box Score CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Parkland women's basketball won against Lewis & Clark Community College (3-16) on Monday, January 20. The Cobras (12-7) forced 27 turnovers in the 50-point win, outscoring the Trailblazers 24-6 off giveaways.Â

Parkland opened the game on an 8-0 run in the first quarter, capped by a bucket from
Crissiana Rose. The Cobras followed this up quickly with another 8-0 run, putting them up 16-2. The Cobras continued to control the game in the first half, holding the Trailblazers to seven points in the first quarter and 12 points in the second quarter. The Cobras went 20-40 (50%) from the field in the first half while holding the Trailblazers to 5-19 (26%). Parkland kept its distance in the second half, building a 66-32 lead by the end of the third quarter, and the Cobras outscored the visitors 23-7 in the fourth quarter to cruise to a 89-39 win.
