Box Score CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The No. 5 Parkland men's basketball team defeated CBG Prep by an impressive 84 points on Friday, January 3. The Cobras totaled 70 rebounds and 24 assists in the 124-40 win at home. 

The Cobras (14-1) went on a 15-0 run in the first half to make the score 34-14 with under seven minutes on the clock. The Cobras then outscored CBG Prep 21-2, going up 55-15 at halftime. Parkland's offense stayed hot in the second half, scoring a quick 20 points in the first five minutes to extend the lead to 56 points. With 6:05 on the clock, a Jaiden Martin free throw helped the Cobras reach 100 points for the third time this season. Chandler Jackson led the Cobras to their fourth straight win with 23 points and 12 rebounds.
