Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Sugar Grove, Il -- September 19, 2026 -- The No .5 ranked Parkland volleyball team wrapped up the Waubonsee Invite on Saturday. The Cobras took down Illinois Valley Community College and Kankakee Community College to improve to 24-1 on the season and extend their win streak to 15.

Game 1: Parkland 3, Illinois Valley 0 (17-25, 25-17, 25-17, 25-18)
The Cobras opened up Saturday against Illinois Valley Community College. After dropping the first set to the Eagles 25-17, the Cobras responded winning three straight sets to win 3-1. Jillian Schlittler led the Cobras hitting .333 for the match. Alayna Briggs led the Cobra attack with 11 kills, while Mia Stivers and Reis McFarland finished with 8 kills each. Khloe Stear led the defensive end with 21 digs, while Briggs added 16 of her own, McFarland finished with 15 and Mia Stivers 11. Chloe Eeten finished with 41 assists while hitting .267 for the match as the Cobras hit .187 as a team.

Game 2: Parkland 3, Kankakee CC 0 (27-25, 25-12, 25-7)
The Cobras wrapped up the weekend with a match against Kankakee Community College. After winning a tough battle in the first set, the Cobras took control in the final two sets to roll past the Cavaliers in a sweep. Briggs led the Cobras with 14 kills, while McFarland and Stivers combined for 10 kills. Chloe Eeten added 5 kills along with 20 assists. Khloe Stear led the defense with 18 digs. McFarland added 16 kills while Briggs and Stivers each posted 11 kills. The Cobras found their groove after hitting just .133 in a tough first set, finishing hitting .310 in the final set to finish hitting .204 as a team. McFarland hit .400 individually followed by Mia Stivers with .333 hitting and Briggs hitting .306.
