Park College Athletics

Deacon Letner is in his 3rd year on the Baseball Coaching Staff. He was promoted from Director of Data Analytics to Assistant Coach, while maintaining his role as Director of Baseball Operations. 

Prior to Parkland, Deacon worked as a Student Baseball Manager at Lake Land College in his hometown of Mattoon, Illinois. He graduated in 2022 from the University of Illinois with his bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism Management. 

Coach Letner also serves as a coach for the Champaign Yard Goats Organization. This season will be his second season as the 18U Head Coach.
