Allie Lindemann

Allie Lindemann returns to Parkland College Women's Basketball in 2020-21 for her 2nd season, having posted a record of 24-7 in her first campaign. She was an assistant coach on the same bench for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons, where she was responsible for recruiting and player development, and she also served as a volunteer assistant here from 2011-2013.

Immediately after her two-year stint volunteering at Parkland, Lindemann made stops at University High School, Normal, IL, and Hamilton Community College. Taking her first head coaching job in 2010, Lindemann led University High School to a 44-14 combined record and an IHSA Sectional Championship appearance in 2012, and she was named the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association District Coach of the Year that season. The success earned her an assistant coach position at Hamilton College where she helped guide the Continentals to two NESCAC Championship quarterfinal appearances in four seasons.

Lindemann's collegiate playing career began at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she was a two-time All-Region selection. Making the jump to Division I, Lindemann continued her career at Siena College and proved to be prolific from three-point range. Knocking down 68 threes in both her junior and senior seasons, Lindemann averaged double-figure scoring with 10.6 points per game as a junior and 11.2 points per game as a senior. A model student-athlete, Lindemann was given the team's Joe Hogan Award for desire, attitude and dedication.

A native of Champaign, Illinois, Lindemann played high school basketball at Champaign Central, earning IHSA Third Team All-State in 2006 and setting the career points record for the Champaign-Urbana area.

Lindemann earned her bachelor's degree from Siena College and a master's degree from the University of Illinois.
