Park College Athletics

Tapscott paced the Parkland Women as she averaged 19.0 points per game.  She had a career high 27 in PC’s 85-49 rout of Triton while also adding 6 steals and 5 rebounds.  During the three contests, the freshman from Athens HS in Western Illinois, made 53.1% of her shots from the field while converting 7 of 8 free throw opportunities.  She  averaged 6 rebounds per contest including 10 in a 61-60 loss to Lake Land.  Tapscott also had 2.3 steals and  handed out 2.3 assists per game.  Parkland will be action December 28 when they take on Prairie State College at 4:00 in the Laker Classic in Mattoon.
