Box Score VINCENNES, Ind. – The Parkland men's basketball team fell apart in the second half against Vincennes University, losing 77-72 to drop their third game of the season. This is the Cobras second loss at Vincennes in their last 14 trips there. Savon Wykle led the Cobras in scoring, ending up with 18 points and four rebounds.
 
The Cobras (3-3) were looking to win their fourth straight game and their first away from the Donald Dodds Athletic Complex on Saturday night. Parkland took advantage of sloppy defense in the first half and sophomore Josh Rivers buried a running three pointer as time expired to give the Cobras a 46-33 lead at halftime. The Trailblazers (3-5) fought back in the second half, however, starting off on a 5-0 run and slowly climbing back thanks to multiple untimely Cobra turnovers. Parkland shot just 36 percent from the field and the Cobras did not hit a single three in the second half as the game slowly slipped away from them in the final minutes of the game, scoring just two points from the free throw line in the final three minutes of the game as the Trailblazers stormed back to hand the Cobras the 77-72 loss.
