Box Score CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – The Parkland men's basketball team won big on Tuesday night, beating Wilbur Wright College 105-42 at home. The Cobras started the game strong and led the whole way en route to their largest win of the season, outscoring the Rams 58-16 in the second half.
Josh Rivers (21 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks) put together a strong performance in the win, leading the Cobras in points, rebounds and blocks.

The Cobras (9-4) began the game on a 16-0 run and never looked back. Parkland's 2-2-1 full court trap gave the Rams (1-12) a lot of trouble early, but they eventually found a way through to cut the Cobras' lead down to 28-20 with 6:09 remaining in the first. The Cobras finished the opening half on a 9-2 run and led 47-26 at the break. The second half was all Parkland, as the Cobras opened on a 10-0 run and this time, they didn't let the Rams back into it.
Anthony Figueroa's bench players went on a 25-0 run at one point to stretch the lead out to 93-35, and the Cobras coasted to the 63-point victory from there.
Jordan Jenkins (12 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists) came off the bench to lead the team in assists and all 13 active players for Parkland saw the floor in the big win.
