Second-year head coach John Bowler credited MSU-West Plains readiness after the game, saying, "We struggled on both ends of the court in the first half. They played with a better sense of urgency."
Â
"I'm really proud of our ability to handle the adversity in the second half. We came out with a different energy and demeanor," Bowler continued. "The last few games, our theme seems to be that we can't put together two halves. Hopefully, we understand going forward that we need to play a full 40 minutes."
