DANVILLE, Ill.—February 11, 2026— The No. 8 Parkland College Men's Basketball team came up short Wednesday night in a ranked road matchup, falling 67–75 to No. 9 Danville Area Community College.

In a competitive contest between two top-10 programs, Parkland battled throughout but was unable to overcome key stretches by Danville in the second half. The Cobras fought to stay within striking distance, yet the host Jaguars capitalized on timely opportunities to secure the win.

With the loss, Parkland moves to 20–5 on the season as the regular season enters its final stretch.

Up next, the Cobras return home to celebrate Sophomore Day on February 14, when they host No. 21 Rend Lake College. Tipoff is scheduled for 3 PM CST.
