Men’s Soccer player Jesus Reina (Venezuela) and Women’s Volleyball setter Leah Anderson (Lincoln) have been named the Parkland College Athletes of the Month for October. Reina led the Cobras to a final record of 14-4-1 and just one game short of a return trip to Nationals with a heartbreaking 7-6 defeat at the hands of ICC in penalty kicks.  The Cobras did win their third straight M-WAC title and Reina was named First Team All-Region and All-Conference.
