CHAMPAIGN, Ill.—November 9, 2025— The No. 2 Parkland College men's basketball team continued its strong start to the 2025–26 season on Saturday afternoon, powering past CBG Prep, 103–61. The Cobras controlled the game from start to finish, using defensive pressure and balanced scoring to secure their third straight win.
Jaiden Martin once again led the Cobras' offensive charge, scoring 19 points on 7-of-12 shooting, including 4 three-pointers. Matt Moore added 15 points and 11 rebounds, posting a double-double while also dishing out five assists. Chris Bush provided a spark off the bench, scoring 14 points on an efficient 4-of-8 from the field.
Grant Chamberlain chipped in 11 points, while Kodhi McStraw and Nick Harrell each contributed 8 points apiece. Leirre Collier and Jiovanny Garcia both added 6 points, helping the Cobras showcase their trademark depth and unselfish play.
Parkland's precision shooting was on full display as the Cobras connected on 52% of their field goals (39-75) and 38.2% from beyond the arc (13-34). The team also dominated the boards, finishing with 58 rebounds and 23 assists, while limiting CBG Prep to just 18 first-half points.
With the victory, Parkland moves to 3–0 to begin the campaign.
The Cobras return to action on November 12 at 7 PM, when they host Greenville University JV in Champaign.
