CHAMPAIGN, Ill.—February 18, 2026— The No. 8 Parkland College men's basketball team delivered one of its most complete performances of the season Wednesday night, defeating Lewis & Clark Community College, 95-56.
With the win, the Cobras improve to 21-6 on the year.
Parkland came out sharp offensively and never looked back, shooting an efficient 34-of-53 (64.2%) from the field and 14-of-29 (48.3%) from three-point range. The Cobras led 46-26 at halftime and extended their advantage in the second half, outscoring Lewis & Clark 49-30 over the final 20 minutes.
Jaiden Martin led all scorers with 31 points on 10-of-12 shooting, including 5-of-6 from beyond the arc. He also added 5 assists and 4 rebounds in an all-around performance.
Grant Chamberlain turned in a strong outing with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 7 assists, notching a double-double while anchoring the glass. Chris Bush contributed 16 points and 4 assists, while Kodhi McStraw added 11 points.
Parkland's bench also provided a spark, with De'Shaun Tolever adding 7 points and 7 rebounds, and Jiovanny Garcia chipping in 5 points.
The Cobras controlled the boards, outrebounding Lewis & Clark 36-28 overall and finishing with 24 assists on 34 made field goals—highlighting the team's ball movement and offensive rhythm.
Up next, the Cobras will travel to Springfield, Illinois on February 25 for their next conference matchup. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM CST.
