NORMAL, Ill. — October 31, 2025 — After a brief delay due to a burn order issued in the area, the Parkland College women's soccer team saw the postseason run come to an end with a 0-7 loss in the Region 24 semifinals to nationally ranked No. 4 Heartland Community College. 

Despite the result, the Cobras close the 2025 season with a 3-11 overall record, marking measurable progress from last year's 1-15-1 finish. Throughout the fall, Parkland displayed improved offensive production, greater depth, and competitive strides against multiple ranked opponents—including earning a double-overtime quarterfinal win to reach the semifinal round.
