CHAMPAIGN, Ill.—January 10, 2025— The No. 5 Parkland College men's basketball team turned in another solid performance on Friday night, defeating Spoon River College 85–64. The Cobras set the tone early and maintained control throughout, using balanced scoring and steady defensive pressure to secure the win.

Parkland dictated pace on both ends of the floor, building separation as the game progressed and limiting Spoon River's scoring opportunities. The Cobras' depth once again played a role as Parkland continued to find success across the lineup.

Up next, the Cobras will remain at home to host No. 16 Danville Area Community College on January 14, with tip off scheduled for 7:30 PM CST.
