LAKE WORTH, Fla.—December 16, 2025— The No. 12-ranked Parkland College women's basketball team opened play at the Palm Beach State Classic in convincing fashion on Tuesday, rolling past Chesapeake College, 82–47.

Parkland controlled the game on both ends of the floor, using balanced scoring, disciplined defense, and consistent pressure to pull away early and maintain control throughout the contest. The Cobras built separation as the game progressed and never allowed Chesapeake to mount a serious challenge.

Parkland will remain in Florida for day two of the Palm Beach State Classic, where the Cobras will face No. 6 Harcum College on December 17 in another key national matchup.
