Wauwatosa, Wis.—December 3, 2025— The No. 14-ranked Parkland College women's basketball team secured a quality road win on Wednesday evening, defeating Bryant & Stratton College (WI) 88–67. With the victory, the Cobras improve to 6–1.
After a tight first quarter, Parkland took control with a decisive 23–9 second frame and never looked back, outscoring the Bobcats 34–20 in the third to build a commanding lead.
Yohangeli Guzman led all scorers with 18 points, adding 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals while shooting 7-for-15 from the floor. Stacie Vonderheide delivered a strong two-way performance with 11 points and 10 rebounds, recording a double-double in 28 minutes.
Trinity Harden provided a major spark off the bench, finishing with 15 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 assist while going 6-of-12 from the field. Sofia Perez added 9 points, 2 assists, and 2 steals, knocking down a three in the win.
Siarah Brown contributed 9 points on 4-of-5 shooting, while Kiarra Orphelia chipped in 7 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists in 14 minutes.
Parkland shot 47.4% from the field and 42.9% from three, while forcing 11 Bryant & Stratton turnovers that led directly to transition scoring opportunities. The Cobras also posted 16 assists on their 37 made field goals.
The Cobras return home to host Jackson College on December 6. Tipoff is scheduled for 3PM CST.
