PLYMOUTH, Ind. — September 3, 2025— The Parkland College men's golf team wrapped up play Wednesday at the NJCAA Fall Preview in Plymouth, Indiana, finishing 10th overall in a highly competitive national field. The Cobras posted a three-round team score of 895 (+31) across the two-day event.
Leading the way for Parkland was sophomore standout William Seman, who turned in an outstanding performance to finish fourth place individually with a 54-hole score of 211 (-5).
Three other Cobras secured top-50 finishes to bolster the team's showing: Peter Slot tied for 16th with a total score of 217 (+1), Leif Olson tied for 37th at 223 (+7), and Cal Johnson tied for 46th with a 227 (+11).
Additional scoring contributions came from Oscar Jarl (tied for 58th) and Hudson McIntosh (tied for 78th), helping the Cobras to hold steady in the overall standings against some of the nation's top junior college golf programs.
The NJCAA Fall Preview provided a valuable test for Parkland as the team measures itself against elite competition ahead of the spring championship season.
Up next, the Cobras will compete in the Cougar Fall Classic on September 9th at the Metamora Fields Golf Club in Metamora, IL.
