The 2014 Cobras Volleyball Team tied the program record for wins with a 54-3 record as Parkland finished in second place at the NJCAA DII National Championship for the second year in a row. The Cobras won the M-WAC Conference Championship and the Region 24 Championship for the sixth season in a row, achieving multiple 20-match winning streaks throughout the season under fifth-year head coach Cliff Hastings. At the National Championship Tournament, Parkland defeated Metropolitan Community College-Longview in four sets, Des Moines Area Community College in four sets and Columbus State Community College in a sweep before falling to Glendale Community College, 3-2, in the national championship match. The Cobras boasted two First Team All-Americans and two members of the 2014 NJCAA National Tournament Team while head coach Cliff Hastings was named M-WAC Coach of the year and Co-Region 24 Coach of the Year.
