Keith Parks
Keith averaged 24.5 points per game for the Cobras Basketball  in 2002-2003  earning  team  MVP,  All-Conference and All-Region honors.  After Parkland,  he  received a  full Division  1  basketball  scholarship  to  the University  of  North Dakota  where  he  played  for  two  years  and  averaged  16.8 points   per   game   and   2.3   steals   per   game   earning All-Conference   and   All-Region   honors.   Keith   earned   his Bachelor  of  Arts  at  the University  of  North  Dakota  and  his Master  of  Public  Administration  at  Bellevue  University.  Keith has  served  in  Law  Enforcement  for  over  10  years  holding various  positions  including  Major  Crimes  Detective,  Gang Detective,   School   Resource   Officer,   and   Chief   of   Police.  Currently Keith is the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Department Gang Specialist. He is married to Monique and they have two children.
