Zachary McNabney
Zach both played (1987-89) and coached (2008-2014) for the Cobras. He played for fellow Hall of Famer Greg Thom where he held the lowest scoring average in ’87. Zach served on the Foundation Golf Committee for several years before being named the Parkland Head Coach in 2008. Under McNabney PC won four M-WAC titles and captured the Region 24 title on two occasions. His 2009 team placed 8th while the 2014 team finished 10th. McNabney coached three NJCAA All-American’s including 2013 NJCAA Medalist David Keenan. McNabney passed away on January 12, 2015 after a three-plus year battle with cancer. He leaves behind wife Jamelynn and two children, Marrielle and Isabelle.
